Hyundai has a deep passion for football and as well as sponsoring the UEFA Euros™ they also sponsor Streetfootballworld and Street League UK, a charity specialising in transforming the lives of disadvantaged young people and engaging them in structured football and education programmes with a view to getting the participants into work, mainstream education or training.
With a visit of England and Liverpool Striker Daniel Sturridge to Street League UK to present a cheque and offer advice and encouragement to the players, Hyundai commissioned Red Bee Media to make a film about the visit and wanted something more memorable and shareable than a straightforward recording.
Creative and director Robert Samuels collaborated with street poet Polarbear to create an emotive film about more than just about a game and Hyundai and Street League UK are delighted with the result. For more information about Hyundai’s sponsorship and the charity visit:
