Pros & Cons:
- Live stream video to your YouTube channel!
- Super easy to use!
- Good video quality!
- Minor: requires Google+ account linked with YouTube account.
Live in Five allows you to broadcast and share video moments in real-time to your YouTube channel. To get started it requires your YouTube channel be linked to the same Google+ account to login. Also you must activate Live Stream feature on your YouTube account. Thereafter it’s super simple to use– just tap the record button and you’ll be live streaming in five seconds countdown.
The video quality is dependent on your internet connection. Of course higher video quality on a faster connection. My video quality in my tests were good since on a strong 4GLTE connection. There are a few options during recording such as the ability to switch rear or front cameras, toggle rear camera light and microphone volume, pinch to zoom, viewer counter & vote stats, plus share your live stream YouTube URL. Others viewing the stream will of course have the convenience of watching on YouTube via the web or app. While not streaming live the video can be played back as a normal video.
